WIN! Tickets to see Britain's elite junior swimmers
THE Guardian has teamed up with Speedo and British Swimming, to give away tickets to the British Gas National Junior Championships.
The world's leading swimwear brand is offering a lucky reader a prize of five tickets, to the British Gas National 11-14 year old Age Group Swimming Championships at Ponds Forge International Sports Centre.
The Championships run from 28th July to 1st August, and you, and four friends, could be in the stands to see the next Rebecca Adlington emerge, on the final day in Sheffield.
Speedo is a strong supporter of British Swimming's mission to get more people swimming more often and engaged with the sport. This is why Speedo is involved in the promotion of swimming, from grass-roots right through to elite and professional level. Speedo sponsors some world renowned elite swimmers including the phenomenal Michael Phelps, double gold Olympic champion Rebecca Adlington and World Champion Liam Tancock.
To enter simply email competitions@worksop-guardian.co.uk with the subject 'Swimming tickets' before 9am on Monday 26th July to register for the competition.
A winner will be chosen at random, and contacted on Monday by telephone, so include your name and a daytime contact number in the email.

PRIZE DRAW TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The following Terms and Conditions apply to the Speedo British Gas National Age Group Swimming Championships Prize Draw (the "Prize Draw"):
1. The Prize Draw opens on 21 July 2010 and the closing date is at 9am on 26 July 2010. No entries shall be accepted before the start date or after the closing date. Third party or bulk entries will not be accepted and entries not in accordance with the entry instructions are invalid.
2.The promoter cannot acknowledge receipt of your prize draw entry and shall not be responsible for any technical failure or other problem which results in any entries on the Website not being properly recorded or received.
3.The Prize Draw is open to those aged sixteen (16) or over, who are residents of the United Kingdom. The Prize Draw is specifically closed to employees of Speedo, Pentland Group plc, Worksop Guardian, any associated companies, and their families.
4.NO PURCHASE OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO TAKE PART IN THIS PRIZE DRAW. You do not have to buy any Speedo product in order to enter this Prize Draw.
5.There will be one (1) prize of five (5) spectator tickets to the British Gas National Age Group Swimming Championships on Sunday 1st July 2010 at the Ponds Forge International Sports Centre, Sheffield. Please note the prize does not include any travel and/or subsistence expenses.
6.The draw will be made by an independent person and the promoter's decision is final. No correspondence will be entered into. The winner will be notified by telephone on 26 July 2010 and will be advised of ticket collection details.
7.The winner agrees to take part in post-Prize Draw publicity at the request of the promoter. By entering the Prize Draw, contestants agree to the promoter's unrestricted use of any post-Prize Draw publicity for the promoter's own purposes in all activities including, without limitation, marketing and promotional activities worldwide including use on the promoter's websites and social networking platforms.
8.The prize may be altered or varied at the promoter's sole discretion and substituted with a prize which, in the promoter's sole opinion, is a suitable alternative. The prize is subject to availability. No cash alternative is available and the prize is non-transferable.
9.The winner's name will be made available after the closing date to those sending a stamped addressed envelope marked "Speedo Worksop Guardian Prize Draw" to Jeanette Williams, Speedo International Limited, Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ.
10.Information regarding personal data provided in the entry form will be collected stored and processed in a database for the purpose of managing entry into this Prize Draw. Such information will not be used for any other purpose than as stated in these Terms & Conditions or as separately accepted by you. If you have separately agreed to receive communications from Speedo and/or the Worksop Guardian then your personal data may be used for such purposes, including direct marketing.
Any personal data that you provide will be held and processed in accordance with the requirements of the 1998 Data Protection Act.
11.The promoter reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions and/or cancel the Prize Draw at its sole discretion.
14.The promoter of this Prize Draw is Speedo International Limited, Ascot Road, Nottingham NG8 5AJ.
15.By entering this Prize Draw contestants agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. All entry instructions form part of these Terms and Conditions. English law governs this Prize Draw and each party submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the English courts.
