Relegated side ready for break
"JUST end the season" is the cry from relegated Dinnington as they slumped to another heavy defeat.
After salvaging some pride against local rivals Rotherham last week, it was back to normality for a depleted Dinnington.
With Lewis Carroll, 16, making his debut up front and makeshift goalkeeper Keith Paddock in goal, Dinnington had their backs against the wall from the off.
Leeds scored two early goals after defensive lapses and it looked as though the floodgates were going to open.
To their credit Dinnington fought back and scored either side of half-time to pull level – the first from Kevin Sell from a short corner and the equaliser saw James Shaw score his first goal for the club.

Buoyed by this Dinnington pushed forward. However, echoing their early-season problems, this left huge gaps at the back which Leeds exploited to score three goals in quick succession.
Mark Vaughan pulled one back for Dinnington but two more goals from Leeds left the final score 7-3.
Man of the match was youngster Carroll.
