Division Seven
Waleswood 262 for 4
Wadworth 79 all out
WALESWOOD skipper Wayne Lomas' maiden century helped the hosts to another emphatic victory.

Asked to bat first, Lomas and Shaun Grice put on 28 before the latter was first to go for five.

Peter Norbury joined the captain and the runs began to flow.

Norbury fell one short of his 50, which included nine fours in a partnership worth 76.

Steve Atkinson soon followed and at 113 for three the home team looked in control.

Ejaz then joined in the runs feast and a partnership of 134 was shared with Lomas.

Ejaz was finally out for 68. Bob Goodman, seven not out, helped Lomas through to 107, which included 10 fours and at the close Waleswood had recorded a massive 262 for four off their 46 overs.

McClay (2 for 87), J Bytheway (1 for 19) and R Curry (1 for 35) were the Wadworth wicket takers.

McClay and R. Smith both scored 20 in the visitors' reply and with the total on 36 for 0 they had no idea of what was to happen.

David Chambers (5 for 22) and Shaun Grice (3 for 27) demolished any resistance and they were all out for 77.
