DINNINGTON manager Steve Toyne has been looking after a player merry-go-round this week – with several major arrivals and departures at the club.
A double swoop has been made for Parkgate pair Gary Hibbert and Gavin Allott, while Matt Griffin has left for Hallam. The Wragg brothers, Matt and Jon, are also departing.

Toyne said: "We've brought in two lads from Parkgate and we're hoping they'
ll be joined by a couple of others who are training with us."
Both in their early 20s, Hibbert is a solid defender while Allott is a 6ft centre forward with pace.

"The other lads we're looking at are more experienced heads to add to the good mix of youth and experience we have as it is," said Toyne.
"We're particularly looking for a goalkeeper as it looks as though Phil Rhodes is not recovering as hoped and might need an operation."
Looking forward, Toyne is hopeful for a successful season next term.

"We're always quietly confident because we're so difficult to beat, especially here at Dinnington," he said. "We just beg for the supporters to get behind us. The prices are the same as they were last year despite the promotion."

Town are now in preparation for next week's pre-season clash with Sheffield Wednesday, kicking off at 7.45pm on Tuesday..
