Motorist fined for having no insurance
A motorist has been fined for driving without an insurance policy.
James Bullivant, 36, of Moorland Close, Walkeringham, has been fined £660, £66 victim surcharge and £85 costs.
His licence was also endorsed with six points.
He was also driving without a drivers licence but there was no separate penalty.
