Mansfield lad Gaz Meredith still looking for love after ITV Take Me Out date failure

Mansfield man Gaz Meredith is still on the lookout for love after his date on ITV's Take Me Out was a complete mismatch.

The 26-year-old appeared on the dating show last week where he managed to secure a date with pug-obsessed Charlotte, 23.

The pair were flown off to the “Isle of Fernandos” on Tenerife for a romantic getaway – but the date did not go exactly as they might have hoped.

A horse riding date was not the adrenaline-filled date Gaz had been expecting, as he told the show it “wasn’t great”.

They then made their way to a cosy dinner for two, where awkward conversations led the couple to agree they were not right for each other.

Gaz said: “I don’t think I will be seeing Charlotte again, but I wish her all the best for the future.”
