Three people in court for murder of man found at farmland

THREE people are set to appear in court this morning (Friday) charged with the murder of a man found at farmland in Everton.

Angela Dowling, 47 and Stephen Schofield, 31 of Windmill Avenue, Conisbrough and Matthew Duffy, 22, of Sussex Street, Doncaster, were arrested this week after the body of a man was found at the weekend.

Police have formally identified the victim as Alan James Easton, 50, of Dunbartonshire, Scotland.

The trio will appear before magistrates in Mansfield this morning.

Two other people arrested and questioned in connection with the death have been released without charge.
