Fraud probe pair in court

TWO former directors of a Barlborough property investment company have been charged with fraud.

Ian Shakespeare, 53, and Charles Frisby, 68, both from Yorkshire, will appear at North East Derbyshire and Dales Magistrates’ Court on Monday 4th February 2013.

The charges relate to property investment company, Zomac Limited, which was based at Napier Court, on Gander Lane, Barlborough.

It went into administration in November 2008.

More than 90 private investors are alleged to have lost money they put into the company, adding up to more than £7 million.
