Former Worksop man Neil Entwistle denied final appeal over murder convictions

A FORMER Worksop man convicted of murdering his wife and baby girl at their American home has been refused his final bid for freedom.

Neil Entwistle’s appeal to the US Supreme Court for a new trial was rejected yesterday with the words ‘petition denied’.

The ruling means Entwistle, 34, has exhausted all his appeals and will not be granted a re-trial.
