Fire crews cut motorist from car in Clowne

A RESCUE mission took place following a head-on collision in Clowne yesterday (Thursday 29th November).

The emergency services were called to Church Close in Clowne at 1.57pm where two cars had collided and a person was trapped.

Fire crews from Staveley and Bolsover had to cut one of the casualties from a car before two people were taken to hospital.

Crews had left the scene by 2.45pm.
