Lincoln: Speeding motorist is fined
A Lincoln man has been fined £240 after he was caught speeding in a 30mph zone.
Thomas Ward, 31, of The Hurn, Lincoln, was driving along the West Marsh Road.
He was also ordered to pay a £24 victim surcharge and £85 costs and also his driving licence was endorsed with six points.
