Pulp will play at Sheffield Motorpoint Arena on Saturday 8th December

SHEFFIELD indie rock legends Pulp are set to play a special festive homecoming show for fans next week.

After his surprise solo performance at Carlton-in-Lindrick to mark the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee in the Summer, Jarvis Cocker will be uniting once again with his band for a unique Christmas show at Sheffield’s Motorpoint Arena.

The band, whose classic hits include Common People, Disco 2000, Misshapes, Party Hard and This Is Hardcore, first formed in 1978 but didn’t hit the big-time until the 1990s when they became one of the UK’s most popular Brit-pop acts.

They played their first reunion shows last year after nearly a decade in hiatus and having sold over 10 million records.

Pulp play Motorpoint Arena on Saturday 8th December. Tickets are £30 and are available by visiting www.motorpointarenasheffield.co.uk.

You can also book by phone by calling 0114 256 5656.
