Driver banned for 14 months for being under the influence

A man from Gainsborough has been banned from driving for 14 months after he was caught driving under the influence of alcohol.

Graham Morris, 54, of Balfour Street, Gainsborough had 49 microgrammes of alcohol in 100 millilitres of breath. He was fined £120, £30 victim surcharge, £40 costs as well as being disqualified.
