Whitwell Players present Scrooge

IT’s almost time to start getting yourself into the Christmas spirit and what better way to do it then with a festive musical.

Whitwell Players Amateur Dramatics Society will be performing Scrooge The Musical from Wednesday 28th November to Saturday 1st December at Whitwell Community Centre.

A favourite Christmas story taken from Charles Dickens A Christmas Carol, brought to life year after year at the London Palladium with Tommy Steele, this is not one to miss.

With plenty of feel good songs and in the anniversary year of Charles Dickens, who would have been 200 this year, even those cries of Bah Humbug will be quietened.

Performances are 7.30pm Wednesday to Friday and Saturday 2pm and 7.15pm.
