Top brass at The Crossing

QUINTET band Essentially Brass are booked to kick off The Crossing's September programme next Saturday (5th September).

“We start a pretty busy programme after the holiday break,” said concert programmer, David Jordan. "Following on from Essentially Brass we have the first visit of the Frith Piano Quartet to Worksop and the return of the remarkable American concert organist Carlo Curley.”

“We are trying to keep musical standards up for our concert goers,” said David. "And in order to get the performers we want, programming is now into 2011 in some cases, with one 2012 booking already.”

Essentially Brass will be at The Crossing, on Newcastle Street, Worksop from 7.30pm on Saturday 5th September.

Tickets range from 4 to 8 and are available from The Crossing’s welcome desk or by calling 01909 475421 or emailing info@crossingmusic.org
