"AFTER last week's success of losing four-and-a-half pounds, I was excited about starting a new week," said Kerry.
"I think I prefer red days, when you can eat as much lean meat as you wish. Just think, a whole chicken!"

"Minus the crispy skin of course, which is the best bit. So that brings you back to the reality of the fact that you are dieting."

"Other than that I haven't felt that I'm going without at all. I enjoyed a lovely family Sunday lunch as usual."

"My son, bless him, is so concerned that I am eating too much every time I reach for the cupboard or fridge he asks 'Mum are you allowed to have that?'"

"I must say his enthusiasm is so encouraging. I've been ill with a cold this week so not had much appetite anyway. And what I have eaten I couldn't taste so I'm expecting another good weight loss."

"Excersise wise I have walked much more than I usually do. I'm generally quite active but have tried to increase my speed while walking. I must say I've noticed a difference.

"Yesterday I ran up the stairs at home. My husband thought I must have seen a spider!"
