Nursing home is on decline

I am replying to the advert about the Jubilee Court Nursing Home as a relative of one of the residents.

I don’t agree with what has been said about the food and the staff. Since Jubilee Court has taken over, the food is poor and there isn’t much choice unless elderly people like pasta and roulades.

The staff which are employed there at the moment are fantastic but the morale is terrible. They are being swapped upstairs and downstairs so the residents get no consistency of staff and things are missed like friendship and the residents little quirks.

I am not saying Mimosa was fantastic but the residents were the priority, but not anymore! Even the management have not introduced themselves to the residents.
